Coleman vs. Dayton: Portrait of Clarity vs. Incoherence

Written by Derek Brigham on 01 October 2004.

I am working this am, with the baby next to me, and the tube on in the corner. Anyone who catches this, tune into FNC, Now. There is a long segment on with ED Hill interviewing our own Senators Mark Dayton and Norm Coleman concerning the debate last night. If two men from the same state more perfectly reflected their respective presedential candidates, I don't know what it would be. Dayton like Kerry is as incoherent, rambling, incapable of a displaying genuine smile as ever. Add to that a bug-eyed, inner-searching look he is famous for, possibly developed on long numb days at  high-priced rehab clinics. In contrast, Coleman is nailing all the points on strong defense with a convincing appeal. Let's start the campaign now the get rid of Dayton. Hell, I'd take Al Franken over this clown.
