I peeked in at the Minnesota Monitor-now Minnesota Independent, and it's a one-house instruction shop for all things disruptive at the RNC convention. Check out this partial listing:

They have a RNC Protest 101 series including how to get around permit restrictions, and a handy table comparing city ordinances. On the DNC side, they present articles on protests, but no DNC Protest 101 course offerings.

So much for "independent" title. I guess when your financial support comes from George Soros, you are required to write (and instruct) accordingly. And I imagine RNC security has a list of names from this site to watch accordingly.
