It seems that the NRCC has pulled funding from Michele Bachmann's campaign. What is it with this death wish that National Republicans have? Everytime a media/DNC manufactured "scandal" erupts, the national Republicans, wanting "oh so much" to be admired and liked, buckle under without so much as a twisting of an arm, thus lending credence to that which deserves NONE. In the 1994 Presidential Race, with regard to Bill Clinton's behavior, Bob Dole rightly questioned, "Where is the outrage?!" In this year, I will rightly ask the NRCC, "Where are the cajones?" The NRCC office opens at 8am central time today. Their number is (202) 479-7000. You may wanna think about giving them an earful. UPDATE: I just talked to a spokesman for the NRCC and it's fuzzy. He said he could neither deny nor confirm that they are in fact pulling the $50,000 form the Bachmann CD6 campaign. He also said he was talking with the Star Tribune about their report.
